    I would like to include a review submission link directly in the WooCommerce ‘Order Completed’ email. Is there a shortcode or any other way to generate such a link? Unfortunately, using the code from email-review-reminder.php, specifically href="<?php echo esc_url( $cr_email_form_link ); ?>, is not working. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Our plugin doesn’t support a shortcode to include the review form link in the Order Completed email. When sending a review reminder manually with Self-hosted mode, you can get the link to the review form.

    I understand that a separate, dedicated unnecessary email for review requests is typically sent. However, based on my experience, customers often start ignoring follow-up emails. Therefore, I want to integrate the review link into the final email of the purchase process. My main question is: How can I achieve this integration?

    As I mentioned above, we don’t support that feature. I will inform the development team to consider supporting a shortcode to show the review form link in future updates.
