Link will not work

    I created a page.
    And I made a hyperlink.

    When I preview changes, it works.

    But when I load a separate page, it doesn’t go there at all. Instead,
    it goes to a search engine page.

    I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

    If you go to the website http://www.palacebeautycollege.com
    Click on “college catalog”, it doesn’t work.
    Please help.

    Can you replicate the problem switching to Twenty Twelve theme with all plugins deactivated?

    I’m sorry, I don’t know what a Twenty Twelve theme is or how to deactivate plugins.
    But that sounds like a great idea to try.
    Can you guide me on how to do it? Or is it a pain in the ass?

    Can you login to your site? If so look for Appearance > Themes and click on Themes. You will find Twenty Twelve theme there. Similarly, click on plugins and you will find all the plugins there. Deactivate all of them.

    I’m afraid to do it.
    The last time I messed with wordpress I deleted the entire web page.

    We have custom themes already made for it.
    The twelve twelve theme looks very different.

    Will the entire web page format be changed?
    Will we lose the links and everything by switching?

    No. All of the changes may be only temporary and can be reversed.
