Is there any way to LINK my ww.wp.xz.cn self hosted site to my WordPress.com site? I would like to feed the post from one to the other.

when I publish a post on my self hosted site, i’d like it to automatically update the wordpress.com site with the same post.

That may be possible, but I’m not sure. You’ll have to ask on the wordpress.com support forums.
