struggling to get a refund from your company, zero acknowledgement to my emails direct to your business, also two sent from your user account login zero reply. Very poor company to deal with and lack of customer support is bad for a business i would have expected better. like when dealing with other plugin providers support is there from them.
frustrated customer just send me my refund and close this case

Hello 13th January emailed you requesting a refund no reply, emailed again no reply lastly emailed on 27th January no reply.
also logged on below requested support and refund https://users.freemius.com/store/2947/login
requested a refund twice on there and no reply

checked freemius account and doesn’t say anything about refund processed ?
I requested a refund nearly 1 month ago and I’ve emailed your Hotmail email and support@ number reply. I am still waiting this isn’t good customer service or experience.

please advise how i actually request a refund using freemius ?
i have clicked on support as cant find a refund option on there
i have sent request to technical issues section last month 13th January and also send another to billing issues also last month, not reply to my messages sent. as mentioned i have also emailed [email protected] 13th January requesting a refund and how to do i do this on freemius system no reply to this email also.
now nearly 1 month after i requested refund on numerous contacts i am still waiting and being told it takes time ? and dont have ANY replies from freemius about my request
