This is interesting, but it needs a lot of thinking.
The way the plugin is designed, movies, tvshows and people are all worpdress posts or custom posts essentially. So where would the link to cast members point to (if it has not been already created)?

This would need some extra sort of default ‘people’ page which would then show whatever actor is clicked on. But what if you have also created a page for a specific actor, where would the link go? I guess you would need to check if it exists to go to the specific page, else go the ‘general’ one.
It seems kind of messy, it needs more though and clearer purpose if something like this is to be added.

    Thanks for the suggestion,
    Kostas

Linking one custom post to another, which is something different I think than the above I write about (and the example link you sent), can be done manually with something like the advanced custom fields wp plugin.
If it were to be done within the mmdb plugin itself, can you give more details as to how you expect this to behave from the user perspective?
    Thanks

I’m not a programmer, but what I’d like to see:

If you add/import a tv series via a custom post, allow the option to add the top actors/people to be imported at the same time as well. Then automatically link them.

As it is now, I’m not using the custom posts feature of your plugin since there’s no way interlink tv shows with actors.
I’m only using the shortcodes function and creating tags of actors’ names.

    Thank you for considering!
