Just a quickie, and it’s not a support issue.

In your front end it says, ..

In the search field type UsersWP and click Search Plugins. Once you’ve found our plugin you install it by simply clicking Install Now. [ *** UsersWP installation ***]

I use the *** to highlight the fact that the link goes to a 404 error; and I wanted to read all about setting up the installation, but can’t.

This old sysop (was/is) looking for a way to completely *STOP* spam based Human operators from registering, .. then detonating their spammy payloads before clearing off: never to be seen again, and also the hideous scripted Bots as well, .. 78 in one day was a record for me.

From digging, then I figure that it’s all down to the <anyone can register option>, that I’ve been forced to turn off. [No more spam registrations, but no more genuine registrations either]. Your most excellent plugin does go some way to deter the spammers, but it’s not a fix as some of the support posts can attest to: sorry about that.
