    Pre-sales question. I couldn’t find an email address so posting here and hoping someone can help.

    1. The Divi plugin – can the timeline blocks link to posts (custom posts)?
    2. Can the regular plugin work on a Divi site and what is the difference?
    3. For either plugin – can it automatically build the chronological timeline based on series of posts?

    Hi @carrie0 ,

    Currently, we do not have an option to link timeline blocks with posts in the Divi plugin.
    To clarify:

    • The regular plugin (like Cool Timeline) works with any editor because it is shortcode-based. You can paste the shortcode in the shortcode widget of any editor, and it will work perfectly.
    • The Divi plugin is specifically designed for the Divi editor.

    Also, the chronological feature is not available in the Divi plugin. You can create timelines by simply dragging and dropping the blocks, but automatic ordering by date is not supported.
