Linking url to zipcode entry

Rather than a standard geolocation plugin, I am looking for one that can simply have a specific store url assigned to each zipcode. (And it may not necessarily be the closest store.) Does this plugin allow for such?
Ideally, from a mapping interface, I would be able to graphically assign zip codes to specific store url’s. Then when a reader enters their zipcode, they would be taken to the website of the pre-assigned store.
