Links Broken

The links on my ww.wp.xz.cn site try to redirect to the link, but on my domain itself. For example, instead if I want to go to http://www.merip.org/mer/mer262/why-does-occupation-continue, it goes to http://www.maxajl.com/www.merip.org/mer/mer262/why-does-occupation-continue

Also the “tags” and the “links” radio buttons simple don’t work. I’m not sure what the problem is.
