Links don't work after installing plugin

I installed the plugin, and initially it did nothing, my links still just jumped to the anchors.

However, I then realized I needed to add the “rel=” code to my links, now they don’t do anything at all.

iroofs.seoapt.com is the domain I am working on, it is the links in the header.
