Links formatted wrongly

In another thread I confirmed that there is a problem with the same image being attached to all subsequent posts when updating a feed to draft posts in my case. http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/wrong-images-in-posts

The anchor was embedded in the feed but href in the anchor is pointing to the previous article updated on the feed!!
