Links in Platform Theme

    Hi there, I would like to be able to edit the HTML so that the link of my post title actually links to an external site. Is this possible? If not, I would, at the very least, like to edit my CSS or HTML so that the “continue reading” link in my theme is gone. I don’t want it there. can anyone help?
