Links linking to basically-empty page?

I’m on the online team for my school newspaper’s website: stoganews.com. I should preface this by saying that I’m not exceptionally well-versed in the finer points of code—I’ve gotten by fine enough with the WordPress interfaces.

Within the past day, our website has been kind of glitchy, it seems like ever since I posted two stories. First, our homepage basically didn’t show up—only the header at the top did. I took off the two stories and updated all the plugins and updated WordPress to 4.1.1. Now, the homepage shows up, but most links just link to an empty page with our header at the top. Any ideas on what’s going on, and how to approach this problem?
