Links not clickable

Hello,

I’ve tried creating buttons and just regular links in my banner and they work in preview but when I save changes and try to click the links from the site in desktop or mobile the links are unclickable. My code is simply:

<a href="https://www.xxx.com/QUOTE">Request a Quote Now</a> or call us at <a href="tel:571-xxx-xxx">571-xxx-xxx</a>

Any advice as to why these links are not working?
