Links not saving data

Hello, I am trying to create some redirect links, however after putting in the URL and clicking update the data isn’t saving. I can see the new link created under “Pretty Links” but the URL and redirect aren’t there. The same issue occurs when trying to edit the link and clicking “Update”.
