links not working

I host a blog on my mac
http://blog.u003f.com/
(though, given my computer skills, I don’t know how I ever got it working in the first place).

I recently moved the folder where the blog is stored and updated the virtual host file. It sort-of-works, but the permalinks don’t permalink any more. I tried updating the .htaccess file, but that didn’t help. Should I have done something involving mySQL too?
