Linux to Windows.

My hosting provider recently moved from a linux server to a windows one. Now I’m able to access the home page, and the admin page, but clicking on the posts and other pages results in 404 errors. I suspect it has something to do with the htaccess no longer being used by the server or something.

Is there a solution, or something I’m missing?
