list display breaks page

Hello, I have paid for the pro & full bundle and have reached out via paid support with no response (very disappointing). I am having issues with the list view display. I tried to add a list view similar to your demo https://demo.simplecalendar.io/google-calendar-pro/list-view/ – but the page breaks when using tags such as [description] – nothing displays. On a separate page I am able to display the list without descriptions but the number of days per appearance / span is incorrect and inconsistent. Both via widget and shortcode. Running on WP 5.6 and plugins up to date. Avada theme. Please advise ASAP.
