Hello there,
Please try re-entering your Mad Mimi API and other account info for the forms, to see if it will reconnect properly.
If it does not connect, and you cannot select a list, please try getting a new API key from Mad Mimi and see if that helps.
Let us know if you continue to have issues.

Hi,
I have tried both options you mentioned here. I tried entering my old API key and email again. I generated a new one and tried that also. Both didn’t work.
The weird thing is, I don’t see any options under Settings other than Custom CSS. I don’t remember if it’s always the case or am I missing something?
Thanks for your help!
Hello,
Sorry for the slow response. We want to do what we can for you and make sure there is not a larger issue.
We’d like you to check for conflicts among your plugins and theme. New software or an update may be causing interference. To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.
1. First please deactivate all plugins except [Plugin] and see if the issue persists.
2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to see if the issue returns.
3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.
Feel free to put your site back as it was. If you find a conflict with a plugin or theme, let us know what it was. If not we’ll see what else it could be.

Hi Jeremy,
Thanks so much for the response. I actually ended up fixing the issue. I traced back the steps from when the issue started happening. It all started when I was merging some of my lists over at MadMimi and organizing them. In the process, I had renamed the list that connected to my drip campaign. When I reverted back to the old name and kept the lists I created, although they are empty now, but just as place holders, it all worked.
Thanks again for your help!

Hello there,
Thanks for letting us know. I’m not sure why it did that, but as long as you’re up and running!
I’ll mark this as resolved, but We’ll look into this some more and see if we can’t replicate the issue.
