Are you talking about https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-job-manager-locations/? This plugin adds a dropdown itself – not sure if thats what you mean?

yes i tlak about this plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-job-manager-locations/? but i need to add dropdown in the filter with jobs

Once you have regions assigned to jobs, it will add a filter for you.
