List no longer being generated

    I have been using a numbered list for the Top 10 plugin for a long time with extra code in the style section of the plugin. Now, it no longer works. Upon inspection, I noticed it’s not generating a ul, ol, or li any longer. Has the ability to generate a numbered list for the (in my cast Top 20) been deprecated or what is going on?
