List posts from a specific week

I can see how to list posts from a particular month, but is there a way to do it by week?

I use this for school- all the students create a blog to turn in creative work. Would love to be able to have a catlist that shows everything they posted in a week they could submit as a weekly report.

Would also be great for other blogs I use that I could send out a weekly “here’s what happened this week” post.
