List Posts Image Size?

    I’m using the “Posts” shortcode to list 2 post categories in two widgets on my Home page. The Short code works great.
    My question is: Is there somewhere I can alter the code or settings so the Feature Image size is increased? I’d like it to be a bit larger for people to see.
