List selection for subscribers

    I wanted to create a form with a list selection, so people can choose a specific list to subscribe. But when I try it, the subscriber appears on all lists – even the ones I have deleted.

    Then I tried to remove Show this list on the “Manage subscription” page on the lists, and it seemes that it would work, but then the subscriber doesn´t get any confirmation mail.

    I can´t figure out, what is wrong

    Hi @hbh-art,

    That’s indeed odd and not the expected behavior. Can you please confirm you’ve tried to subcribe using a new email address (not from an existing subscriber)?

    Also, can you share with us the URL from the page where the form is placed?

    I used my own mail, after having deleted it from all lists. the mail is [email protected] When I use my gmail, I do not get any confirmation mail.
    The page, where it is placed is https://hbh-art.dk/nyhedsbrev-3/
    But I have deactivated the plugin as long as it does not work and ude Mailerlite instead.

    I tried to create different forms for each list, but the same thing happens, when I subscribe a single list I am subscribed to all lists. Exept when I subscribe the one called HBH-Art nyhedsbrev.
