How do I change the shortcut in order to show all lists?

I found the following plugin but it does not seem current.
“This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.”
    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/email-subscribers-advanced-form/

Then there is the widget option:
It shows it almost correct (it only shows one list because you can not select multiple, but it does show a checkbox), but does not give the option to show multiple lists. See http://www.teawea.com (right side, Recipes Newsletter)
Basically I can not configure the widget correctly to show multiple lists.

You have a feature (radio button) for each form. In each form you select a list, and you have the option: “Allow contact to choose list(s)” Yes
    How do you use that?

    I figure something like:
    [email-subscribers namefield=”YES” desc=”” group=”*”] but it does not work

I guess I just answered my own question.
You create a form with all lists selected and use the new shortcut. 🙂
