List subcategorys only

    Hy,

    I have one mother catergory (slug: gyarto) and inside this category I have 76 subcategory. My problem: list only subcategorys from A to Z.

    If I’m using [a-z-listing taxonomy=”category” display=”terms”] and I’m see all categorys, what is the solution?

    Hi,

    It is not possible as the plugin exists right now. As an alternative I would suggest copying or moving the terms into a new taxonomy specifically for them. Then you’d display that taxonomy instead of category.

    Sorry but I’m don’t understand you. The subcategory listing from a mother category in now is unavailable? In the future this feature will be available?

    It cannot be done now. I don’t think it will be easy to do in the future and do not see much need as you can pull the sub-categories into a new taxonomy and display that instead.

    I’m think this “new taxonomy” is not the best way for me. Why?

    – Gyarto (Manufacturer) = category
    —Ateliers deMonaco (2 post) = subcategory
    —— Ateliers deMonaco Admiral Chronographe Flyback – Saphir = post
    —— Nemesek órája – Ateliers deMonaco Tourbillon Oculus 1297 = post
    —Baume & Mercier (2 post)
    —— …..
    —— …..

    In my translate “taxonomy” is a group, this group including category, tag, etcetera. I do not understand what I care about!
