Thanks for reaching out! By any chance, did you recently update your plugin to the latest version from a much older one? If so, the issue may be related to events that weren’t migrated to be compatible with the newest version of our plugin.
If this is the case, I recommend trying the following steps to see if it resolve the issue:
- Update to the latest versions of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro (if applicable).
- Remove any un-needed draft events and empty the Trash.
- Activate only our plugins and use the 2021 theme.
- Make sure server-side caching is disabled temporarily while you’re migrating your events.
- Install and activate the Code Snippets plugin.
- Add this snippet and run it once (be sure it does not stay activated).
- Go to Events > Settings > Upgrades and go through the migration process again.
- Please re-do the migration on your staging site.
As always, please test this first on a staging version of your live site. Let me know how it goes.
