    Hello,

because of localization, list view slug is missing a couple of letters (sąrašas -> sraas). Is it possible to change it to something else (sarasas)?

  • Hi @kovas,

Thank you for contacting us. I’ll be happy to help you.

I can see that the slugs used for non-English sites come from the translation files, and that word is written as sąrašas on the Lithuanian translation file.

That seems to be a bug in the way our plugin deals with accented letters when using them for slugs/URLs, and I’ve notified our developers about it.

Meanwhile, as it comes from a translation file, the easiest way to fix it will be installing Loco Translate plugin, finding that string on the Lithuanian translation and changing it to sarasas. That should fix it on your site while our developers check what is causing that issue and fix it definitively.

You can install Loco Translate, select the Events Calendar plugin and the Lithuanian language, click on the SYNC button before searching for strings and then search for that word and add the non-accented version for it.

Please let us know if you need any additional help.

    Best Regards,

    Thank you.

I used POedit to edit translations, then had to update permalinks and it works as it should 🙂
