Listing category base problem with ordering

My Listing category base is named kategoria(albanian). Here is the link https://njoftime365.com/kategoria/njoftime-pune/oferta-pune/
however as you can see its not ordering in order that i want (the newest first)
https://njoftime365.com/all-ads/kategoria/oferta-pune/ (When going to this link) its ordering fine.Whats the problem ?
