Listing form cleared when changing plan

rested on 5.0.5, also applies to previous versions:
- Fill out details for new listing
- Change category/plan
- Details are now lost and will need to be completed again
Also usability issue, when on Change category/plan:
– after selecting category it is not possible to continue as the following form fields say “(Please choose a fee plan above)”, even though a plan is already selected.In order to proceed the plan radio button must be clicked (even if it is already selected or if there is only one plan).
This is quite non-obvious, there is no visual indication that the plan price needs to be clicked again, and since everyone signing up for a plan is a new user, it needs to be very obvious what to do.Also, if we must require a click, why not allow click anywhere in the row rather than limit it to the price label?
