    Hi,

    when I activated classified listing in WP, it created Listing Form page and in this Listing Form in the category field, can I somehow restrict which categories I want to show up? So for example, I have 10 different categories but I want that the user can pick just 3 categories to post a job from.

    And can I modify fields in this Listing Form, shortcode -> [rtcl_listing_form]?

    Hi,
    1. Generally, not possible to do it. You can customize it based on your restriction rules.
    2. Not possible to select multiple category together, you can manage it in hierarchical way parent->child->sub child
    3. Yes, you can customize listing form templates. Please, follow this documentation – https://www.radiustheme.com/docs/developer-docs/theming/override-ad-submission-form/

    Sorry, I think you didn’t understand me well and maybe I didn’t ask the question clearly, I apologize.

    If I have for example categories: Apple, Orange, Lemon, Pineapple, Car and Train, so that’s 6 categories.
    Now I want to have 2 different separated services on my web, one service for fruits and second for vehicles. In the vehicle category I want that users can post an ad via listing form where I don’t want the fruit to be visible.

    I definitely need all 6 categories in the classified listing plugin database but in listing form I only need to be visible 2 of 6, and other 4 needs to be visible on a forum for searching fruits, where users don’t be able to post an ad.

    Is this possible, so that’s basically manipulating with the listing form?

    Hi,
    So, in this case you can categorize it by Ad type. You can create two ad types Fruits & Vehicles. Then can create Apple, Orange etc categories for ad type Fruits and Car, Train etc categories for Vehicles.

    On the other hand, you can create Fruits & Vehicles as main category then Apple & Orange as child categories for Fruits and Car, Train as child categories for Vehicles.

    One more question, is it possible to have separate template for each listing using Archive & Single Page Builder for Elementor addon?

    So one template per one listing, second template for second building,…

    Because what’s the point of having multiple templates when I can use just one?
