It works now it seems. Not sure why that was happening.
For me now working only because i put the shortcode into a page. But if i put into a post the second page only show blank space.

I cannot reproduce it.
I installed the Sydney theme. Also the SiteOrigin Page Builder with the widgets plugin. I added a text widget to a standard post and added the shortcode to the TinyMCE editor for the simple list. Everything seems to work as it should.
Did I miss anything?
Maybe the problem is in 1.21. In 1.20 this is okay:

I set up the copy of the website, but it simply works for me. No error message in Query Monitor either.
I am using php-fpm version 8.0 with Apache.
I am sorry, I wish I could reproduce the problem, but it works with 1.2.1 and with current git.
