I see there have some others tab in status list. Do you modified functionality or using any third party plugin?
We did not notice this type of issue before. After submit a listing will go to pending/publish status as well as settings.
Usually a listing set as temporary when user add some data and cancel/close it without submitting. In this case, shows that listing in temporary tab.
Are you using pro version of this plugin and which theme are you using?

Ok no problem. One more thing, my client is having issue with a mandatory field e.g date of birth is mandatory. Went a customer fills out the form he/she forgets to fill out that mandatory field( date of birth one thats is marked mandatory) they click submit and the form is submitted with out a warning stating you field has not been filled.
Also how do you make a text/ number field 15 digits now no more no less.

Sorry, don’t have option for date field exact 15 digits. You have to write code for it. You can do it using PHP or JS

sorry im just using date of birth as an example. I have a number field in for her and she wants 15 exact digits on the field.

My final Q’s – When and new ad is marked as “Top” is it possible that it can be listed above the old ads marked as ‘top’? I feel that newest ads should be listed first, if that makes sense.

You can mark a listing as “Top” anytime. This is used to promote a listing. Suppose, many users posted 100 ads in a day but any user want to show his listing first then he can use it. On the other hand, any user can use it when their listing old or expired.

Yes i know that but my question is when a listing is marked top on that day will it appear above the rest of the other that are marked top e.g Shoes for sale marked top 2 days ago, today Clothes for sale get marked a top so it will/should appear above the shoes for sale. The listings that are appear top are going in order of date and the order is from 4 week, 3 weeks, 2 weeks etc when it should be weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks etc. Do you understand what in saying
Top listings show as random. If you have 6 top listings and enable 3 at a time from settings then will show randomly 3 from 6.
