Listings are squeezed

Hello, I really think this is a fantastic plugin and I haven’t even started using it. I’ve installed it and am looking forward to the benefits of using. OK, so my current issue is this. The listings are scrunched up horizontally and they seem to be stretching vertically. Like they are trying to fit a 12 inch foot into a size 10.
