When Stealth Mode Lite is enabled on my sites running WooCommerce with the MI Enhanced Ecommerce addon, there is an error loading ec.js via wp-json (404). It’s the same in safe and experimental modes, and it happens on version 3.5.0.

I think this was introduced in version 3.4.4, and it stopped these sites’ tracking for the past few days.

I’ve had to disable Stealth Mode Lite on those sites.

    Please fix this.

    Hi Gal,

That’s correct. ec.js was never officially supported by Stealth Mode but ‘it worked’.

When I created Super Stealth I noticed that some changes I made to the available endpoints and analytics code, fixed bugs I ran into before.

So, I had to make a choice: and I chose to move ec.js compatibility to Super Stealth mode. Because keeping it separated, would simply mean too much unnecessary maintenance.

Would have been nice to know. I had been using it, and the change stopped my tracking completely.

Please add this to the changelog, so that people will know.

Right now, the changelog actually makes it look like ec.js should load just fine:

Plugins (e.g. linkid.js or ec.js) are now handled twice as fast with the new Extensions > Plugin Handling option set to Experimental Mode.
