    Hello,

After updating my WordPress version to 6.8.2, I started receiving this message in my dashboard:

LiteSpeed Cache: WordPress gave an unexpected response when notified with QUIC.cloud service results. Check WP API is properly configured. Check your QUIC.cloud dashboard for more details.

    Details about my setup:

    • WordPress version: 6.8.2
    • LiteSpeed Cache plugin version: 7.3.0.1
    • Hosting provider: Hostinger Cloud Enterprise Plan
    • CDN: QUIC.cloud integrated with Cloudflare

What I have tried so far:

    • Checked QUIC.cloud dashboard (but no specific error was shown)
    • Verified API key is connected
    • Plugin and WordPress are up-to-date

This issue only appeared after the update to WordPress 6.8.2. Before the update, everything was working fine.

Can you please check if this is a compatibility issue with WP 6.8.2 or if there’s any additional configuration needed?

    Thank you!

Please create a report and share the ID created.
This can be done from LSC => Toolbox => Report => click to “Send to Litespeed”.

please go to LiteSpeed Cache -> Toolbox -> Debug setting -> set debug log to ON , debug level to Advance

debug include URI , add rest_route=/litespeed/

then go to toolbox -> log view -> clean up any existing log

now wait for that message shows up again , then go to log view, copy paste and share the log via https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/

I followed your instructions and enabled debug log (set to ON, Advanced level, with rest_route=/litespeed/ included). I also cleaned up the existing log and waited for the error message to appear again.

However, when I checked the Log View, there was no output generated — the log remains empty.

Can you please advise what I should do next ?

do you still receiving that error message while nothing show up in log view ?

then it means the request never reaches your site , presumably blocked by something , like firewall or such

I checked again today and I no longer see the error message from LiteSpeed Cache, but my log view is still empty.

It might have been related to the timing of my cron job that automatically updates my Cloudflare WAF whitelist with QUIC.cloud IP addresses. The script is set to skip existing IPs and only add new ones, so perhaps when new IPs were added there was a short window where requests were being blocked.

Thanks a lot for your help so far. One quick question: should I now revert my debug settings back to the defaults, or is it better to keep them as they are?

if issue no longer there, then you can disable it , once you encounter same issue again , please enable it with same parameters

    (@aymanqasim)

Thank you so much for your time and effort. I’m no longer seeing the message or any errors now. I’ll go ahead and disable the debug settings for the moment, and if the issue comes up again, I’ll re-enable them with the same parameters as you suggested.

    Thanks again for your support!
