I have a single digital product (using Easy Digital Downloads) that gets added to cart and displays the checkout page immediately, but I recently found during tests that I am now getting an empty checkout/cart page. I’ve read caching plugins can be to blame, and LiteSpeed is a drop-in plugin from my web host.

I tried adding some strings to the Excludes area, but they did not seem to work. Once I Purged All, things were back to normal, but I’d like to understand how I can properly configure this plugin to not cache any part of the cart/checkout portion of my site.

  • Hi @selym, may I know are you using Woocommerce? Also, could you please provide your Report Number, found in WP Admin > LiteSpeed Cache > Report.

Hi Stanley. Thanks for the quick reply. Report number is AAJUFXWE and I am not using Woocommerce, just Easy Digital Downloads with PayPal.

Noted, temporarily we do not have native support with Easy Digital Downloads with PayPal, please add the /checkout link on no-cache page manually. Do you meet any bug except this page?

I had already added /checkout manually, and once I purged the cache it started working, so hopefully things will remain ok. As far as I know, that was my only issue with the empty cart problem. Thanks for the quick reply and help.
