    Yes, it has a setting option – load counter by Ajax.

    Ajax is not cached.

    If it is not updating that would mean that you have a broken JavaScript on your site that is blocking the load – OR you have something Caching Ajax – please check both of those.

    The plugin doesn’t works with litespeed cache plugin. You can try Swift Performace plugin.
