    I am sorry for the problems you have.
    Looking over the HTML I see 2 </body></html> tags and both times there is the JS file added.
    From what I see: wp_footer(); is called 2 times.

    To test where it comes from I would test the theme first(switch to any 20**) theme and see the result
    Then test which plugin is doing this(by disabling plugin 1 by1).
