Little navigation bar problem

I don’t like how default header image is displaying, so I added my custom code to header.php.
The code looks like this:
Of course I put URL of my image I want to display into that code.

But while scrolling, navigation started not display correctly.
When you’ll try that code you’ll know what I mean.

Any advice will be helpful 🙂
