Live chat agent issues

    Hi
    I have two issue with agents!
    1-So, when I add an agent I will show on the plugin but doesn’t work on the live chat! and the only chat representative is admin!

    2- when the agent was created, they can not change their profile picture because it is inactive!

    Please let me know how to solve them
