    Hello. I´m testing this plugin. I can´t find how to start a chat with a online visitor.

    I can only chat if the visitor starts the chat.

    Hello @fichimora, you have to enable the option “Enable Manual Chat Initiation” inside General Settings / Advanced Settings.
    Consider that this feature will use more resources on your website.
