• Every time I untick text mode on the integration plugin I get a window advising that the merchant is not setup?

    It’s a little odd as Verofy indicated things are working OK in test mode?

    hope you’re doing well!

    Thank you for your report! The test mode works only with the test details (seller_id and seller_key). If you untick the test mode you have to use the live details.

    Could I please get the email address of somebody to contact? There seems to have been an issue with payments that I need to discuss.

    hi, were you able to get this fixed?

    I am running test payments in SANDBOX mode but am unable to do it.

    All required keys (YOUR_SELLER_ID, YOUR_SELLER_KEY) provided in the activation email are correct but all I get is a response page stating “The merchant is not setup to accept payment on this system
