“Live previewer”? Do you mean the theme customizer? Or developer tools?

I mean the Theme Customizer. I cannot Customize my own theme, including the standard twenty-x themes. When I try to, it simply starts loading and thats it, nothing happens
Same thing here.
Happens on all of my websites, all of which are self-hosted, all with different themes, different plugins, everything updated to its latest versions.

Tried different browsers, tried on my smartphone app, nothing – Live Preview just keeps loading and loading, the icon keeps rolling and nothing is happening.
Also (don’t know if it is related), after installing new themes or plugins – I get a blank page. Plugin or theme is present in the list if I go back to the Themes/Plugins page, but after uploading and installing a new one it just loads a blank page.

When this happens, press F12 on your keyboard. In the panel that pops up at the bottom, click on “Console”. Do you see any error messages? If so, copy and paste them here.

As per the forum rules, please create a new thread with your issues. Try the method I mentioned above and copy/paste any error messages you see.
I managed to fix it. After trying for days to get this fixed, i just created a back-up of my theme, database , wp-config and .htacces and just completely re-installed WordPress on the server. After that was done i simply opened the Customizer and everything works again.
