Hi Waqar,
Thanks for getting in touch with us. Happy to help out!
Your website looks great and in order to fully understand what you are looking for, we would appreciate it if you could provide more context on how you set up the “Upload Video” and “Embed”.
For instance, the way WpStream makes it possible for you to allow regular users to broadcast on your website is through a shortcode on a page/post. If “Upload Video” and “Embed” are menu items, you can definitely set the ‘Go Live’ aspect by adding a link to the page with the shortcode. You can find the instructions on how to set up the feature here https://wpstream.net/how-to-enable-regular-users-to-broadcast-via-the-front-end/
You can test this out on your free trial and it is also available with all of our subscription plans.
Hope this helps and please let us know if this helps!
Best wishes,
Beatrice
I think This will work my website. I have tested it.
Some questions
1- Can Multiple channels go live stream from one page where live stream widget is added ?
2- Who can see those live stream?
Anyone or just the follower of that channel?
3-After the broadcost , this will become a video and added to the channel , right?
4- After I purchase your plan , will you be able to assist with me setup on my website through a live chat?
Thank you
Some more questions about your service
5- Can Audience join the live stream and interreact with host like FB LIVE AND INSTA LIVE ?
6- is there any possibility that people can have a call and multiple people can be added in it like chat video rooms?
Please respond
Hello again,
Happy to answer your questions.
1) Yes, you can have multiple concurrent live channels depending on the plan you choose
2) It depends on how you set it up. You can set up free to view channels that anyone can watch, pay per view/subscription live streams, or password protected live streams
3) The live streams can be recorded and you will find the video file under ‘Recordings’. You can then create a Video On Demand from this
4) We do not a have a live chat, however, we do have ticket support and respond within 24 hours
5) Viewers can interact through a chat – we have a beta chat that you can get by following these instructions https://wpstream.net/forums/topic/chat-public-beta/
6) You can set this up if you use something like StreamYard or Zoom with WpStream.
Hope this helps and please let me know if you have further questions.
Best,
Beatrice
How we can connect zoom with wpstream ?
Hi again,
You can follow the instructions in this article to set up Zoom with WpStream https://wpstream.net/live-streaming-with-zoom/
Best,
Beatrice
That’s nice.
But what i want is that people can do video chats with each other.
Here is a picture of what i want
https://ibb.co/FshMMTz
People/Host can create rooms, start an event.
Other People can scroll down and see live people , live rooms , events.
Other people can join them .
They can talk to each other.
They can interreact each other , can see each other through vide chat.
All that happens in video chats.
Hi there,
Unfortunately, we do not have that type of feature directly with WpStream. If you use other 3rd Party platforms like Zoom, StreamYard, Restream, Melon, etc, you can get something similar. However, I can see that it is not exactly what you are looking for.
What we recommend as that you set regular live streams with StreamYard/Zoom/etc with a chat, and you (or your streamers) can leave the link to join in the chat. Anyone can access this link and join.
Let me know if you have further questions!
Best,
Beatrice
