Live streaming?

Hey all,

So basically I want to use wordpress for a website project I have. I want to provide a service that allows people to show their live webcam streams on my website. It will be a webcam stream in a mobile situation type service (specifically storm chasers).

Is this possible with plugins or do I need to hard code my own?
