I’m using WF on about 30 sites and this is the only one that isn’t working. It’s an invaluable tool for me for sure. Thank You!

Using WF 7.4.8. All plugins disabled; did not help. Deleted all tables and data upon activation. Did not help. Checked htaccess. Checked WPConfig.

Log shows that WF is scanning and appears to be without error.

1- When I go to Live Traffic and click Whois, then attempt to block, I’m brought to a blank Live Traffic Options page. I can’t add any blocks in there. I am able to only block the IP from within Live Traffic.

2- Rate Limiting is unable to set and save any settings.

3- Max execution time set to 20.

4- Scan page produces this error: Your browser sent an invalid security token to Wordfence.

    Bump…anything on this one yet?

    Hi voltima,

I took a look at your site and it appears to be behind a proxy that uses aggressive caching. You’ll want to make sure that caching is bypassed for any requests to wp-admin (you may need to check with your host for assistance with this). If this doesn’t resolve the issue, can you send a diagnostics report to wftest [at] wordfence [dot] com please? (You can do this by going to Wordfence->Tools->Diagnostics and clicking “Send Report by Email”)

    Thanks,
    Ram

    Hi voltima,

I had a look at your diagnostics and it looks like a caching issue is potentially at fault. We recommend renaming or removing the wp-content/advanced-cache.php file. If this does not resolve the issue, the next step to take would be to disable the Wp-Optimize plugin to determine if there’s a conflict – if disabling this plugin corrects the issue and reactivating it causes the issue to occur again, let us know. If this does not resolve the issue you may need to contact your host for help temporarily disabling any caching proxies, since you’re hosted with a provider that has a number of aggressive caching settings available including a caching proxy.

    Thanks,
    Ram
