    Has this got anything to do with my issue ??

    Hi there.

    We experienced a few server issues at the time of this happening, however this only affected Cloud based users. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    Hi there.

    That issue was caused due to a minor issue on the server that was resolved the following morning 🙂
