I installed WP on the hosting and trying to import LiveJournal posts to the site. But built-in plugin cannot login to LJ and no any information why. Is there some kind of fix for this or maybe some alternative plugin?

If you can export your site to a CSV, then you can load it into WP with a CSV import tool
