I see a few slides which are nothing but empty paragraphs. Not sure where they are coming from since we have not seen this happening in our test installations. If you send me temp login to gmail account portfoliothemes I can take a look.
O.k.
Is your mail: [email protected]?
livemesh,
please take a look.
I send you temp login to gmail.
Thanks,

I tried my best to replicate this issue on my local installations but have not been able to do the same. I did not find anything odd with your installation as well. I have limited permissions in your installation and hence I am unable to debug or make some simple code changes to see what really is happening. You can try two things –
1) Disable all plugins once and see if that makes a difference. If that resolves the issue, you can enable back the plugins one at a time and find out which one is causing the issue.
2) Increase the permissions for my account and let me know so that I can try out a few changes which can help debug this issue. I will need to insert some debug statements in your installations and retry and hence need full permission to disable/enable/edit plugins.
Thanks.
Hi,
i will try 1 solution and we will see.
Thanks
I tried 1 option – no effect. It’s not another plugin problem.
It must be someting else?
As I said before, I will need extra permissions on the user account provided so that I can debug this further. I will need ability to install/edit plugins required for debugging this issue.
I am not able to reproduce this in my dev installations.
Since we have not heard about this issue from past few weeks, I am assuming you were able to resolve this and hence closing this thread as resolved.
